What stores sell the most expensive jewelry? Also how much can it cost? I am not exactly planning on buying any. I was just wondering out of sheer curiousity.

If there is one that I can make with things I have at home then tell me! My jewelry tarnishes quickly and I’m sick of having to get jewelry every two weeks. Serious answers only please and don’t say "buy more expensive jewelry." I plan on buying jewelry cleaner soon but I need something that I can use right away. THANKS!
