What is the best way to clean sterling silver jewelry?
I have a lot of sterling silver jewelry, and I was wondering if there is anything around the house that I could clean it with. Or if there is something I can buy that works well. Thanks!
Basic toothpaste and a very soft toothbrush, like one you would buy for a baby. This will work on any jewelery, sterling silver included.
Wal-Mart has new jewelery cleaner just for silver jewelery. They also have these things that are like a big rag, you wipe your jewelery off with it and if its dirty it turns the rag black. Its really weird seeing how dirty your rings and things are when you wipe them. Makes you wanna clean them everyday….
You can use baking soda and water, or toothpaste. There are a lot of Silver cleaners, check your pharmacy.
Take a small plastic dish and line it with aluminum foil. Pour in warm tap water and add a cap full of vinager with just a dash of baking soda.
I use this all the time just dip it in and wash it off it’s that ez get [Tarn-x] any hardware stor will have it .
